Tad Devine: Even if Bernie Loses, He's Already Won

It's obviously early, and I'm trying to pace myself tonight as well. But all the signs are positive so far.

Right now, MSNBC is reporting 9 percent of the vote in and Hil is up 53 percent to 46 percent.

Bernie's senior advisor-Tad Devine's comments to Rachel Maddow on MSNBC certainly do noting to douse optimism for Hillary lovers everywhere.

He thinks they've already won as exit polls show that income inequality is a big concern.

If that is how victory is defined, I'll let him have that one.

If victory is defined as winning the primary, then the evaluation is different.

On the GOP side, things are going pretty well too-from my Trump Democrat perspective.

Trump and Cruz are neck and neck in the low thirties, with Rubio at just around 13 percent and Carson at 9 percent.

Nate Silver teased out some different scenarios for the GOP caucus, but from my standpoint, Rubio having a bad night is a win no matter what. So far it seems this is the case.
