I have to say this guy is very impressive. I just saw him on MSNBCa few mintues ago. There are a number of very impressive black mayors out there right now for Hillary. I think also of Philadelphia's Michael Nutter He made some great points.
What is the basis for the great fear of Marco Rubio? He said that Hillary is about to win a bunch of primaries in the South-unlike Rubio who hasn't won anything.
He also said Hil can worry about something else, she's going to win Georgia. The RCP averages back this up. She's up by 40 on average and a recent poll had with with a 52 point lead and 70 percent of the vote.

I mentioned this myself on Twitter and found some folks agree with me. I've wanted to Trump over Rubio myself. I've agreed that in some ways Rubio could be formidable as a purely biographical candidate.
1. He's Latino
2. He's young
3. He's good-looking.
Note that number 2 is blatantly ageist. Just because you're young doesn't mean your ideas are young and Rubio's ideas are very old. He wants to cut taxes on the rich and privatize Social Security, etc. Then there are his repellent ideas on a woman's right to choose.
But number 2 is in many ways very condescending. Just because he's a Latino, other Latinos will vote for him even if his ideas and policies are terrible for Latinos?
The Latino friends I spoke to on Twitter especially like a point I made next. Rubio is a Cuban. Most American Latinos are Mexican.
There is a major divide there. No Cuban person can presume that he will get most of the votes of Mexican Americans.
Finally there is the Christie factor. Christie showed what you can do to Rubio when you hit him on his weaknesses. He wants to sit there and bore us to sleep with his biography. The son of honest Cuban Americans. Obama knows exactly what he's doing.
Knock him off his canned speeches and he's down the proverbial creek without a canned line.
I agree with Greg Sargent that in some ways a Trump candidacy would be unpredictable.

Still, he has just massive weaknesses in a general that aren't apparent in a GOP primary.
But part of me would almost relish the chance to really hit Marco Rubio. And it's true that while Trump is unpredictable, Rubio is totally predictable.
