I wonder if Joy Reid is paying attention. The other night she implied on Chris Hayes show that Hillary might be in trouble and she might not be able to get endorsements from leading African Americans.
This was obviously false. For one thing the Black Caucus is clearly totally for Hillary.

Al Sharpton had a great interview with her on Politics Nation on Sunday where he did everything but endorse her. The Reverend Al's radio talk show co-host recently wrote one of the most comprehensive cases for Hillary in the Huffington Post last Saturday.

In the Benghazi Committee Elijah Cummings has done some great work defending Hillary against what amounts to a Super PAC running oppo research against her.
Now Georgia Congressmen John Lewis-and of course renowned civil rights leader-comes out with a big endorsment for HRC:
"As our former Secretary of State, Senator from New York, and first Lady of the United States, Hillary Clinton is the most qualified person to be President of the United States," said Congressman Lewis in a statement released Wednesday by the campaign.
"I know her heart. We need her leadership, not just here in America, but all over the world. She is tireless in her advocacy for those who have been left out and left behind. She is ready to be President on day one. Hillary Clinton has my wholehearted endorsement, and I plan to work and campaign for her to see that she is elected the next President of the United States."

For someone of his standing to endorse her speaks for itself.
