Mitchell wasn't happy today as she wants to keep her foot on Hillary's neck. But she couldn't really claim that the hearings yesterday were in anyway a success for Gowdy and friends.
She did though try to claim that they should have gotten into a debate about larger Libyan policy. This is the definition of a fishing expedition. Just like with Ken Starr in the 90s, if one line of inquiry turns up nothing. switch to another.
Benghazi was supposed to be about the specific attacks of 9/11/2012. If Andrea wants to debate Libya maybe she should run for President.
Then she said that even if HRC got out from under the Benghazi witch hunt, the FBI may still turn up something on her. This is a lie that Mitchell has propagated again and again on MSNBC.

They have done so, yet Mitchell has repeatedly claimed HRC is being investigated by the FBI. It's one thing when Donald Trump declares that HRC may not be able to continue with her campaign because she will be in leg irons soon-Trump is running as a buffoon and nobody has any doubt about that.
But Mitchell sets herself up as a journalist and ought to get this right.
Again, the FBI is not investigating her and she is the only Secretary of State to cooperate with them in giving them her emails.

This requires examining the servers in question, which is why all three Secretaries of State were asked to provide their servers for testing. Thus far only Clinton has obliged. If any charges were to be filed, they would be against hackers. In such case Clinton would be classified as the victim of a crime. In other words, the FBI is running an investigation on her behalf, not an investigation into her. And that’s not merely my view."
