Yes. He not only criticized Trump or said he's unacceptable but more unacceptable than Hilary. And the whole Trumpkin strategy has been the demonization of Hillary Clinton.

Again, this was the man Trump wanted to be Vice President. Even he can't claim that Hillary is the worst of two evils with a straight face.
