Comparatively, Trump is now down to 18 percent. This is a drop off over the last week. He was at 26 percent a week ago.

Ted Cruz is way up now to win the GOP primary at 16 percent-he was at 2 percent last week. Rubio has gone in the other direction and is now just at 8.3 percent, just 1 percent ahead of Kasich.

Meanwhile in Michigan, a new poll shows Rubio at just 9 percent. Trump is at 42 percent, Kasich is now at 20 percent with Cruz at 19 percent.

This is a new development we are seeing. In a four man race, Rubio is choice number 4. Kasich is surging at largely at Rubes expense. A recent poll even had Kasich at 33 percent-two ahead of Trump.

In the averages, Trump is at 39 percent, Cruz is at 20 percent, Kasich almost even at 19.8 percent, and Rubio at 13.4 percent.

More and more Rubio is the fourth place winner.

UPDATE. HRC's odds of being President just ticked up to 65.6 percent, so technically her odds now are 66 percent-just under two thirds.
