It's her first chance to contrast with Trump's total lack of gravitas on foreign policy. While I've admitted I find him funny in much of what he says, it's tough to feel much confidence on him in foreign policy.
On the one hand he talks about negotiating but on the other hand would this guy lose it one day and just launch a nuclear attack if he felt someone deserved it?
"Donald Trump will speak in front of the hard-line lobbying group AIPAC on Monday to try and make his case to wary Jewish voters — and Hillary Clinton will use the same stage to slam Trump."
"The event marks the first time Clinton and Trump will appear before the same group on the same day, offering a general election preview on foreign policy. In her remarks, Clinton is expected to underscore the importance of a steady hand -- as opposed to an unpredictable showman -- when it comes to standing by American allies like Israel, according to a Clinton aide. And she is expected to say that the United States must never be neutral about defending Israel or standing up to bigotry -- a direct reference to Trump’s political blunder when he promised America would play the role of a “neutral” broker between Israelis and Palestinians. She will also underscore how America's special relationship with Israel is not negotiable, an effort to draw a winning contrast with Trump's more dispassionate position, in front of a hard-line Jewish audience."
"During a Republican debate last month, Trump noted that he was "a negotiator" when asked whether the United States should continue to support the Palestinian Authority. "As a negotiator, I cannot do that as well if I'm taking sides," he said. "That being said, I am totally pro-Israel."
"During her victory speech in Palm Beach last Tuesday -- after a five-state sweep that all but ensured her path to the Democratic nomination -- Clinton began previewing a forward-looking stump speech focused on November, talking about a three-pronged commander-in-chief test that allowed her to draw a contrast with Trump and Bernie Sanders at the same time. One of Clinton's tests was whether the next president could be trusted to keep Americans safe."
"At her AIPAC address on Monday, Clinton will explain how America’s relationship with Israel and its leadership in the Middle East is an important part of that commander-in-chief test, the campaign aide said."
"It is Trump’s appearance in front of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee on Monday, however, that figures to draw more attention and presents a bigger test for his campaign. A group of rabbis have said they plan to walk out on his speech in protest. Clinton's appearance in front of AIPAC is less noteworthy; she spoke at the same event when she was a candidate for president eight years ago, and again as secretary of state in 2010."
"I believe it is our obligation as friends and supporters and allies of Israel to support Israel’s efforts for peace, stability and security,” Clinton told AIPAC in 2010. “Now this means doing more than providing Israel with economic aid so that it can remain strong in the face of ongoing threats."

It will be interesting to see what Trump comes up with. Remember before when he said the Jews should love him as he's a dealmaker like they are.
