Who Was That Guy?

It seems that Trump is running out of people willing to be surrogates for him in public. Yesterday he had a guy name 'Boris' that no one has ever heard of on CNN:

"Donald Trump has been having difficulty finding respectable surrogates to represent his campaign from the start, thanks to the republican party’s uneasiness at being associated with his racist antics. But now that he’s taken his platform and remarks into such profoundly offensive territory this month, he seemingly can’t find anyone who’s still willing to represent him or defend him at all. That explains why, when CNN asked Trump to supply a surrogate to face off with Hillary Clinton supporter Governor Jennifer Granholm today, Trump had to send some random guy named Boris. We’re not kidding about this."

"It’s not entirely clear who Boris is or what makes him qualified to represent Donald Trump on national televison, and his performance on-air did little to clarify things. The folks on Reddit tracked down “Boris Epshtey”n on Twitter and found that he has a grand total of 1400 followers and appears to simply be some random Trump supporter who was picked by the Trump campaign because there’s apparently no one else left in the fold."

What we do know is no one remotely serious will want to be his Vice President.

Certainly, Condeleeza Rice has zero interest in it.

In any case, Trump already said that choosing a woman or person of color is pandering, so that would mean Rice is out.

Trump is already becoming a polling Truther:

"Meanwhile Trump is now behind Hillary Clinton in so many national polls, it’s prompted him to claim that the polls are somehow a conspiracy against him. Perhaps he can hire Boris to do some polling of his own."
