Please Tell Me Jane Sanders is Kidding

She is now complaining that, somehow, the Daily News interview of her husband wasn't fair, was, in fact, an 'Inquisition.'

"Jane Sanders, wife of Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), said Wednesday that her husband's widely panned interview with the New York Daily News was "more of an inquisition."

"Jane Sanders told CNN that she thought the candidate's hour-long interview with the tabloid's editorial board was "odd."

"We commented on that afterwards, that it was more of an inquisition, hurry, hurry, interrupt, let's ask the questions don't let you even finish your answers," Sanders said. "We didn't realize they had planned to release the transcript. So it became a little bit more evident what they were trying to do."

"When the transcript was published last week, Bernie Sanders was criticized for appearing to struggle to explain some of his campaign talking points, including detailing how he would break up big banks."

"The New York tabloid endorsed Sanders' rival, Hillary Clinton, in a Wednesday editorial. The primary is April 19."

An Inquisition? Anyone who read the interview knows that's absurd. It was a straightforward interview. If Jane wants guidance on how Bernie could have done better, she should check out Hillary's interview the following week with the same Daily News.

The Daily News interview was no Inquisition, not even close. If Jane Sanders wants to see an Inquisition: she should check out Hillary's 11 hour Benghazi testimony

The Daily News simply vetted Bernie a little bit. And he failed completely.
