And they vote very soon. The NY primary is next Tuesday, and Maryland along with the other April 26 states is just a week after that. The 22 point margin is within line with the RCP average that has her up by 24.

"Two weeks ahead of the Maryland primary, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump lead by double digits among likely primary voters in the state, according to the results of an NBC 4/Marist poll released Tuesday night."
"Clinton leads Bernie Sanders by 22 points in the state, 58 percent to 36 percent, larger than the 15-point margin she enjoyed in a Washington Post/University of Maryland poll conducted in late March and early April. Six percent said they are undecided between the two candidates, who have largely focused on the New York primary next Tuesday before turning their attention to the contest on April 26, when Connecticut, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island will also hold primaries for both parties. Bill Clinton will campaign on behalf of his wife at a retirement home in suburban Silver Spring on Wednesday."
"Roughly seven in 10 likely Democratic voters, or 69 percent, said they strongly support their candidate, while another 23 percent said they only somewhat support their candidate, while only 7 percent said they might vote differently."

So most have made up their mind. Then once the April 26 day of Maryland and the four other states vote, she should be within 90 percent of 2383.
At that point Bernie may well say there is still lots of votes left but there will be only 14 contests and only 10 states, most that won't be for many delegates.
He will insist that California can change things which is only true if he wins the state with about 90 percent of the vote.
Meanwhile you have to love what they're saying about the Daily News endorsement of Hillary: it's also a very tough anti-endorsement of The Bern:
"But the paper's endorsement of Clinton is also a brutal anti-endorsement of Sanders, whom it savages as "utterly unprepared for the Oval Office" and likely to "wreak epic economic damage" if elected president."
"Citing its own sit-down interview, the News said Sanders was "at a loss" to show how he would break up Wall Street banks and incapable of citing a criminal statute that could be used to prosecute misbehaving financial executives."
"On foreign policy, the paper praised the former secretary of state as "a cauldron-tested globalist" while knocking Sanders as "at sea on foreign affairs."
"Clinton’s proposals are shaped for the world in which we live," the paper concluded, "not the world in which we might wish to live."

I thought his comment on foreign policy that best sums him up is when he says he believes in the use of drones without collateral damage.
Why did no one think of that before, you wonder.
