Hillary Calls out Huckabee's Pandering on Kim Davis

I argued Saturday that this has been Hillary's best week in months maybe since she announced her campaign. These Right wing legal groups are highjacking the judical branch along with Trey Gowdy's highjacking of the legislature branch for nakedly political reasons.

Yet a funny thing happened.

1. Boehner stepped down.

2. The Tea Party rejoiced

3. Kevin McCarthy spoke

4. Some predicted they'd regret it.

And now we're actually seeing the media cover her policies. She has taken some very important positions this week in taking on the NRA-never for the faint of heart-an voter suppression in Alabama and yesterday LGBT rights.

"Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton had some strong words for Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee on Saturday for supporting defiant county clerk Kim Davis."

"Huckabee, a former Baptist preacher, has been one of the biggest supporters of Davis, who was jailed on contempt of court after defying a judge's orders to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples."

"Huckabee held a rally for Davis when she was released from jail."

"Clinton, addressing the Human Rights Campaign, an LGBT advocacy group, did not mention Huckabee by name but referenced the rally."

"Clinton said that even though LGBT individuals are advised that it gets better she said that, "it can still be really hard to believe that."

"Especially when you turn on the TV," she continued. "And you see a Republican candidate for President literally standing in the courthouse door in Kentucky calling for people to join him in resisting a Supreme Court ruling, celebrating a county clerk who is breaking the law by denying other Americans their constitutional rights."

Speaking of Kim Davis how about John Hamlin-the Oregon Sherrif who is the Kim Davis of gun control? It's scary that he's in charge in that county where that college shooting happened.
