No surprise. Trump is switching to a general election footing by immediately delving into Monica Lewinsky and all that.
He's calling Bill Clinton a 'sexual predator' and accusing Hillary Clinton of doing something wicked to those who had affairs with her husband, which is rather an impressive level of blaming the victim, even for Trump.
He ought to remember that this line of attack has been tried before, to say the least. In the 90s you had three GOP House Speakers leading the impeachment against Bill Clinton and it turns out that all three of these speakers have turned out to have their own major sexual indiscretions. Dennis Hastert the final Speaker who was actually there for impeachment is now beginning a jail sentence for actual pedophilia.
In other words, the Bible had a point in the New Testament when it said 'He who is with sin, throw the first stone.'
Trump says the Bible is his favorite book-I guess he missed that chapter.
Because his is the man who Ted Cruz calls a serial philanderer, who has boasted that venereal disease is his own Vietnam. Then there are the accusations that he raped Ivana Trump because: she sent him to a bad hairstylist. Which I was kidding.

He did not take well on CNN today in being asked to talk about actual policy.

As Scott Sumner says, he's all over the place on actual policy.

He made this comment in answer to a Trumpista in the comments:
"Thiago, You said:"
“All politicians do that.”
"Nope, Trump’s the only one who held all three positions on the minimum wage, in a single campaign. If all politicians did that we’d never know what any of them believed on any issue—no point in even having elections."
"I do love the way Trumpistas insisted that Trump was not an ordinary politician, rather he was a man of convictions, who could stop the wave of immigration. And now they defend him as being an ordinary politician who can’t be trusted on anything. Actually ordinary politicians can be trusted on some things. Hillary really will try to raise the minimum wage, you can count on it. It’s Trump who cannot be trusted on anything. The disgruntled voters who never vote because you can’t trust politicians, ended up supporting the one guy who’s even less trustworthy than real politicians. The guy who’s more like a caricature of politicians."
