This takes away the last Bernie argument-that neither he nor Hillary would have the needed level of pledged delegates and would have to court the SDs.
"Based on the early results from California and other states, FiveThirtyEight projects that Clinton will win a large enough percentage of the vote to capture an overall majority of pledged delegates, and an overall majority of the popular vote."

Hillary has won New Jersey 64-36, she has also won New Mexico and South Dakota. Bernie won big in North Dakota but this was some tiny caucus.

Now Hillary has a very large lead in California. This is from early voting rather than today's voting but how does Bernie come back from this?
David Wasserman explains the order:
"As polls close and we start getting results in the Golden State, remember that it’s wise not to get carried away by the very first numbers you see. According to top watchers in California, counties will generally report votes in the following order: 1) early mailed-in absentee votes 2) election day votes and 3) late mailed-in absentee votes."

Anyway, she has a 26 point lead in 1 and it's hard to see how he makes this up from 2-and 3 will favor her.
"With 7% rep, Clinton is winning by 26 points. This would be too high for Sanders to come back. No call yet."

But again, number 2 will actually be smaller than 1.
"According to this poll, early votes are 5 million and Day Of voting is expected to be 3 million. http://www.field.com/fieldpollonline/subscribers/Rls2539.pdf …
