Stop the Woodsanity! Knicks Whip Pacers Again 102-88

To think that Danny Granger had thought these were two winnable games. Pacers ended up getting whipped twice, 115-100 Friday Night in New York and now 102-88 in Indiana.

I don't know what Mike Woodson is doing but it's working. The concerns that it would be bad for Jeremy Lin have not materialized for now anyway as Lin led the Knicks with 19 points-Stoudemire and Anthony had 16 points each-along with 7 rebounds, 6 assists and only 2 turnovers which I think maybe his fewest in a game yet.

All told there were 4 players in double figures-and Tyson Chandler and Landry Fields were close with 8 and 9 points respectively. This would seem to validate what Woodson has said in response to those who say he favors isolation plays-he argues his style spreads the ball around.

Again, the Knicks led with their defense. After a poor first quarter that saw them behind 35-33 the held the Pacers to only 55 points the last three quarters, outscoring them 27-16 in the 2nd quarter and 25-14 in the fourth.

It seems Lin has some fans in Indiana. A large group of Asian fans loudly cheered him making it almost seem like  a Knicks home game. Lin was surprised saying he didn't realize he had so many fans in Indiana.
