I thought this was a great comment by Karen-it is so symptomatic of your typical little shit eating Republican running around so I thought I'd take a look at her site. I came across another gem for Karen where she says:

Again that's the snarky attitude you want in sanctimonious GOPers. I left her a couple of friendly comments. I told her as she had left a comment on my blog I should do the same for her. I also think that if they make her throw up she ought to meet me-I'm the biggest liberal in the world, I'll really make her hurl.
Two interesting things happened. First of all is she didn't approve my comments-she unlike me approves all her comments.
This was perhaps not shocking, But then she did something really curious. She left another comment on my post:
"Please compare the IP address of this comment to the comment above. They are different aren't they? I never have heard of your blog so I never would have left a comment here. Nothing personal. Thank you for letting me know. I would ask that you please delete any comments that I didn't leave."
Sure the comment she didn't leave... Right the Right wing tooth fairy left it. I reasoned that this might be how Darrell Issa's witch hunt against Attorney General Eric Holder got off the ground.
Again, Ms. Lonely Conservative kind of tickled me-she's lonely she says because she like I is a New Yorker. So I wrote a post just for her.

However, be still my beating heart. She did not leave anymore comments. No feverish conspiratorial questions about IP addresses or even talking about how much a big dumb Democrat like me makes her want to vomit. Oh well.
Today however I browsed her site quickly out of curiosity of what she's up to lately. It turns out I nailed it with the premise that she's terribly paranoid. You should read the headlines to her blogs today.
She has another guest post from a Dr. Robert Owen. She regularly guest posts him evidently. The name of today's post was, you guessed it. "Why the House Must Impeach President Obama/"
See this is the endgame. I've had some posts about the contemptible Darrell Issa today because he's someone Dems need to keep in mind. He's had a hankering for witch hunts since 2006. While all his previous investigations have gone nowhere he finally has one he's been able to make some noise with-Operation Fast and Furious. Wherever this ends up he has ambitious plans.
He's talked about wanting to have 7 investigations a week and 40 per year. The goal would be to hurt the President as badly as he can. Yes, the ultimate would be to actually force him or if not him the President's high ranked and trusted cabinet. Even though forcing Obama out is a long shot-longer even than Clinton in all likelihood as Clinton did have a lot of smoke in his personal life still hopefully he'll be able to harass the President and throw him on the defensive.
Again, actually impeaching Obama is a long shot. Obviously whatever's going to happen with F&F it won't lead to anything like the President's impeachment or for that matter Holder's stepping down. Yet, it's interesting that in the belly of the beast-that is the feverish imagination of the rabid Right there are already people talking about how Obama needs to be impeached. Listen to Dr. Owen:

Note the general vagueness of the prose. It's really just old fashioned conservative bitching about society. It's a pretty wild, weird site called The History of the Future: 'the future slides into the present, the present into the past, we are the history of the future." So it is that he wants this to be the history of the President's impeachment!

Notice just what a partisan Republican hack he is. It's not enough for him to make this baseless demand for the President's impeachment, nor is it enough to bring up the spectre of Watergate-note he doesn't bring up WhiteWater or Lewinskygate; of course not, though that analogy is much better those were failures-he even tries to rehabilitate Richard Nixon at the same time. Nixon never killed anyone! Obama has killed at least 200!
Let us stand back and admire how news travels. In the mainstream press you only here Obama-in the MSM it's not Obama it's directed at so much yet but more Holder-was responsible for the death of one border patrol agent. However in the feverished world of Dr. Owens' history-remember 'the now is the hsitory of the future'-it's already 200. Sure 1 or 200 why quibble over numbers?

Oh so the shadow government is back? See why I say the real parallel are the witch hunts of the 90s and not Watergate? He should be impeached for "appointing czars."

I swear this is like a form latter you just sign your name too in the requisite spaces. They have all the scripts written already somewhere they simply change the name from Bill Clinton to Barrack Obama.

See this is why I think it's so important for us to have a handle on this. Listen to what he said-'if he wins a second term.' He admits this is a real possibility. This is really just a laying down of the infrastructure for an Arizona Project in Obama's second term as we saw in an earlier post.

He is urging Boehner to begin impeachment proceedings against the President. They don't have enough now. However, Issa is the table setter, It won't happen in this Obama term however if there is a second one Boehner may be pushed very hard in this direction though it's probably not something he himself has much interest in. He knows there aren't the votes in the Senate-as there weren't in the 90s for Clinton. He still wants it.
So out of curiosity what are the charges for such an astonishing demand?
"Protest the lawless Progressive counter-revolution! Contact you Representative and demand an impeachment hearing to investigate President Obama for the High Crimes of subverting the Constitution. He should be investigated for:
- making recess appointments while Congress was still in session
- for ignoring his obligation to enforce the laws of the land in the areas of Immigration and the Defense of Marriage Act
- for incorrectly using a claim of Executive Privilege to cover up reckless and possibly criminal activity in the Fast and Furious scandal.
The point of all this for me is that if Owens and friends have their way this is just the opening round. The plan is for a concerted effort to destroy the President and his Administration by hook or by crook. Again this, right now, is the history of Obama's destruction-if Mr. Owens has his way. However as we are still in history rather than the present we can still prevent it. But it's vital to appreciate what's really going on with Darrell Issa and friends over in the House right now. Maybe all progs need to call their Reps and tell them to not waste a single more taxpayer dollar-or taxpayer minute-on this destructive foolishness.
So this is the world of Ms. Lonely Conservative. Now I better understand the cloak and dagger routine. Some of her other headlines are about how Obama's fiendish EPA policies to protect the environment has led to 750 Appalachian coal workers to lose their jobs, that there is some nefarious new plot by Obama's former director of OMB to make voting mandatory-the horror our goal as God fearing conservatives-is to make not voting mandatory-a story about an email that reveals that MSNBC contributor Krystal Ball nefarious plan to get Rush Limbaugh off the radio and an outrageous story of a Politco Reporter making a penis joke about Ann Romney.
How evil! Maybe that reporter should be impeached as well! Give the Repugs credit they never make jokes about the President's wife whatever they may say about him! Finally Karen the Lonely One has a snarky piece about the Fed "Oh Great, More Stimulus From the Fed"
Yeah we sure don't want stimulus we want more pain. Whatever it takes to ruin the President. Anyway you can read her blog as the history of the future-what she and her buddy Owens talks about today are the things they plan doing tomorrow.
