How to Improve Your Marathon Time-Use Paul Ryan Time

    One of my personal aspirations is to run in a Triathlon-where you run, bike, and swim. Hopefully, I'll be able to do one soon though apparently it won't be this Summer now.

     I've been regularly running and can regularly run about 3.5 miles around this track over at Oceanside High School here in Long Island NY.

    I'm not so fast just yet-I often get lapped. Still, I'm proud of myself in never getting discouraged how ever many times this happens-it happens a lot. I don't mind as my goal isn't to beat anyone just to stay with it.

    However, if I did suffer from vanity, an easy way to up my score would be to use Paul Ryan Time. Then I would quickly become a running prodigy. This option is now open to us all. Ryan may plan to take away our Medicare benefits-regardless of age, we must continue to point out.

    But now we can all run much faster without a lick of training.

    Maybe this is what the media people suffering from withdrawal pains over the fact that their former hero has been discovered to have feet of clay.

    Many in the media don't know what to do about the fact that Ryan is now a demonstrable liar. The main difference previous to this was it wasn't so demonstrated. However, in last week's speech he tried his act in the big city and it didn't do nearly as well as it has in the past before carefully chosen conservative audiences in Washington, D.C.
