To be sure, it is not yet known whether or not all the other incumbents have won. The race between Ciotti and Solages was a race that got very nasty. While Ciotti, unlike departing County Executive Steve Levy of Suffolk, isn't on record for making vile racist slurs, some of his top campaigners are.
Indeed there were some incidents that might sound like voter suppression. In an October incident, "Longstanding Nassau County legislator John Ciotti tries to distance himself from accusations of racism and sexism after two of the Republican legislator's campaign workers tried to intimidate a volunteer at the office of Ciotti's Democratic opponent, Carrie Solages. That volunteer, the sister of candidate Solages, captured it all on video seen first on PIX 11 News."
This attempt to intimidate the candidacy of Solages right at his own headquarters certainly straddles the line of vote suppression; at a minimum it's intimidation. Solages did press charges.

At the least these attempts were not successful, this time-as Solages won anyway. As for Ciotti, we have one fewer bigot in high office though one at a time is very slow.
Sometimes though the better man wins.
